Extreme Networks is one of the simplest setups.  You only need to configure:

• The splash page URL
• RADIUS settings
• Fydelia page credentials

Setting the Captive Portal URL

• Select Configure -> Network policies

• Set the Login URL to your desired spash page

• Ensure that password encryption is disabled
• Set Authentication method to PAP

RADIUS Settings

• Add a new External RADIUS server
• The IP and domains can be found ON THIS PAGE
• The shared secret is available upon request

Configuring the Fydelia splash page

• First open your splash page and click EDIT on the Aerohive form

• Set the correct username and password for the Fydelia RADIUS server:

• Select the endpoint that works for you
• Click SAVE CHANGES
• Then PUBLISH

You’re all set.  Extreme Networks / Aerohive should now redirect customers to your Fydelia splash page
