There are 3 general steps involved with DrayTek setup:

• Radius setup
• Hotspot setup
• Fydelia splash page configuration

STEP 1 – RADIUS setup

• Search “radius” and click RADIUS/TACACS+

• RADIUS IP addresses are available ON THIS PAGE
• Here’s an example setup:

• Click OK

SETUP 2 – HOTSPOT setup

• From the left menu choose Profile Setup under the Hotspot Web Portal menu:

• Choose a hotspot profile to edit by clicking the Index number

• Select “External Portal Server”

IMPORTANT: Remember to tick "Enable this profile" when you are ready to test

• In the Captive Portal URL enter your Fydelia splash URL
• For Redirection enter the desired destination for your guests after they have logged in
• Click SAVE AND NEXT
• In Whitelist Settings, enter ondemand.fydelia.com

This ensures that the guest is allowed to visit the Fydelia splash page (walled garden)

• In the final page disable HTTPS Redirection (some devices will show a certificate error) and enable Captive Portal Detection

• SAVE and close

STEP 3 – Fydelia Splash page settings

• In the Fydelia portal, edit your splash page
• Hover the form and click EDIT

• Enter the RADIUS settings (available upon request)

• Save and close the settings panel
• Click PUBLISH CHANGES in the top right of the window

You’re all set.  If you enabled your Hotspot profile as described above, you should now be redirected to your Fydelia splash page
