Fydelia took on the Wahaca and DF Tacos brands with the aim of improving opt-in rates and simplifying the user journey. Here’s how it went…

1) What was a challenge before using Fydelia?

We didn’t feel like we were making the most of the data capture opportunity through our wifi.

2) How did you find the process of getting started with Fydelia?

Getting started with Fydelia was pretty straightforward and the team were on hand to support us through getting set up.

3) What is life like now?

We have much higher opt-in rates through our wifi, Fydelia is our biggest source of opt-ins which are increasingly more and more valuable! Fydelia are always on hand with suggestions for optimizing even further and very proactive with recommendations, rather than waiting for us to ask. Whenever we have needed support with something additional for example integrating with a new CRM the team have always been very quick to respond.
